We reserve the right to moderate, approve, reject, suspend, or remove profiles or content that breaches these Terms or applicable laws.

4. Content & Media

By uploading content (including images), you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have lawful permission to use it. Content must depict only the profile owner and must not include minors, third parties without consent, or prohibited material.

5. Payments & Premium Features

Certain features may require payment. All fees are clearly disclosed prior to purchase. Payments are for advertising and platform features only and do not relate to real-world services.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Maison d’Amour for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to human trafficking, exploitation, coercion, or harassment. Any such activity will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Maison d’Amour provides the Platform on an “as is” basis. We make no guarantees regarding user conduct, outcomes, or interactions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability arising from user activity or third-party conduct.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time where necessary to protect users, comply with legal obligations, or enforce these Terms.

Appendix A — Billing, Refunds & Cancellations

Maison d’Amour offers paid features relating solely to advertising visibility, profile promotion, and platform functionality.

Fees are clearly disclosed prior to purchase. Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable once a service has commenced or a feature has been activated.

Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through their account settings. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds may be issued at Maison d’Amour’s discretion in cases of technical failure or billing error.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Maison d’Amour operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

6B. Law-Enforcement & Regulatory Cooperation

We do not proactively monitor private communications or user activity; however, where we become aware of credible allegations involving exploitation, trafficking, coercion, abuse, or other serious criminal conduct, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension and cooperation with relevant authorities.

1. No Bookings

The Platform does not accept, arrange, confirm, or manage bookings or appointments of any kind.

2. Independent Users

3. No Control

Maison d’Amour does not supervise, control, or influence user conduct, availability, pricing, or services.
